🍲 Preparation Method
- Add 1 cup palm/ cane/ coconut jaggery + 1 cup water to a pan and heat until dissolved. Strain.
- Let it cool slightly, then add 1.5 cups water.
- Add 1 cup Vendhayam Kali Mix and whisk well (no lumps).
- Cook on low flame, stirring continuously.
- As it thickens, add 3 tbsp sesame oil gradually.
- Cook until it leaves the sides of the pan.
- Serve warm, optionally drizzled with sesame oil.
