🍽️ How to Prepare

1. Boil 1 litre of water and add ¼ teaspoon salt.
2. Switch off the flame.
3. Immerse the instant idiyappam completely in the hot water.
4. Cover with a lid and let it soak for 2 minutes.
5. Drain the water and serve hot.
