Goodness Farm’s Millet Sambar Premix brings together the time-tested flavours of homemade sambar with the gentle nourishment of unpolished millets — all in a ready-to-cook, no-fuss form.
Whether it’s for lunch or dinner, this hearty one-pot dish gives you the comfort of sambar rice, minus the polished white rice and additives.
🌿 Ingredients
• Millet Base – Little Millet (Samai)
• Dal – Sprout-activated Toor Dal
• Spices – Coriander seeds, cumin, black pepper, turmeric, red chilli, methi, asafetida
• Tamarind powder, mustard seeds,
• Ghee
• No artificial sambar powders, no preservatives, no synthetic flavourings
🍳 How to Cook (Serves 2–3)
Just add water & cook!
- Boil 4 cups of water
- Add 1 cup of Millet Sambar Premix and mix well
- Pressure cook for one whistle on high flame and 10 mins on low flame.
- Adjust the salt consistency.
- Optional: Add a dollop of ghee or fresh coriander leaves before serving
